WARRANTY
Ionic Shield is proudly offering a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all gorgeous Ionic Shield products.
To use your Limited Lifetime Warranty contact our customer service at cs@ionicshield.com providing a copy of the receipt and a picture of your bracelet.

We do not require to send the old product back to us, however, the shipping and handling fee will be applied in amount of $29.95 in US, and $45.95 internationally.
If the claimed item design is no longer available we reserve the right to replace it with a comparably priced product similar in style.
WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY NOT COVER?​
The warranty DOES NOT cover any lost or stolen merchandise, mistreatment or intentional damage of the product.
REFUNDS
Ionic Shield DOES NOT process refunds. We do not process refunds for third party retailers, vendors, and any discounted or customized items.

However, you may exchange your product within 20 days of purchase if there are any manufacturing defects. To do so, contact our customer service at cs@ionicshield.com or ship the damaged product within 20 days back to us with the copy of the receipt.
